Returns POLICY

We offer a 14 day returns period for a store credit or exchange.

Store credits do not have an expiry date.

Inspect your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you notice any defects, damages, missing items or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of faulty items within 10 days of receipt.

Eligibility

• Items must be in the same original condition as received; unworn, unwashed and unused.

• Items must have all tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

• Items must be not have any makeup stains, fragrance/deodorant, or other signs of wear.

• Items must not be final sale.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal here. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.

If your item meets the criteria for return, we will provide instructions on returning your package. We will then notify you upon receiving the return and provide updates on the status of inspection.

Please be aware customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and items remain their property until they reach our facility.

Items returned outside of this process will not be accepted and will simply be returned to the customer.
