How do I care for my items?

To ensure the longevity of your garments, we suggest following the care instructions on the product labels. It is recommended that all garments be hand-washed or machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle using a mesh bag for delicates. Avoid using harsh detergents, fabric softeners and tumble-drying.

What is the best way to determine my size?

As fitment preferences between each individual can vary, please refer to the sizing guide, tips, and stretch factor in each item’s description. In general, if you are in between sizes, choose a size up for a relaxed fit, and a size down for a closer fit. We welcome you to contact our customer care for personalised assistance in finding your perfect fit.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices should automatically display in the currency of your location. Your final checkout amount will process in your selected currency.

When will my order ship?

All INTIMISSY orders are carefully prepared and packed with care. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, Mondays to Saturdays.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Australia: 2-8 business days
International: 5-15 business days (location dependent)

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact customer care: ciao@intimissy.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Please note, for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for any available item. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, however, you are welcome to return your item upon delivery.

I entered the wrong address - what should I do?

If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.

If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes and are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. We recommend contacting the shipping provider to request a shipping redirection.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment base in Sydney, Australia.
